How do I sign up for an IN-PERSON class?

You can create a new account here. We recommend you use a personal email address.. After you complete the new account form, you will receive a verification link in an email. After you verify your account, you can login and enroll in a class.

If the class is full, you can sign up for the waiting list by logging into your account and clicking “join waiting list” found on the class details page.

Lieb School’s ONLINE VIDEO classes are available on the Digital Chalk platform. You need a separate account to sign up for ONLINE VIDEO classes. If you are new to ONLINE VIDEO classes, you simply have to sign up for a separate ONLINE VIDEO class account. Once you have created an ONLINE VIDEO class profile you can login to enroll in ONLINE VIDEO classes. Click here for the ONLINE VIDEO course catalog.

Is there a separate login for IN-PERSON and ONLINE VIDEO classes?

Yes. You need to create a separate account.

I am having problems creating an IN-PERSON (LIVE CLASSES) account, please help?

All required fields on the registration form must be completed. Select a password between 6 and 15 characters that you can easily remember. Make sure the professional and real estate license information match your license issued by the Department of State. If you receive error messages, make sure that all questions are answered and you re-entered your password. Once you successfully complete the account set up form and click the submit button located at the bottom of the page, check your email and click on the verification link. If you do not receive an email, check your spam box. Once your account has been verified, login to enroll in an IN-PERSON class.

How can I sign up for an IN-PERSON class waiting list?

Log into your account and click on the “IN-PERSON classes” tab found on the top site navigation. Here, you can view upcoming LIVE classes including the amount of seats available for enrollment. If a LIVE class is full, you have the opportunity to join the waiting list. To join the waiting list, select "View Details" found on the right side of the IN-PERSON classes page and you will be prompted to "Join Waiting List" found on the “Class Details” page. Once you confirm this request, you are eligible for a seat in the LIVE class. The waiting list feature does not guarantee enrollment into a LIVE class.

When a student cancels enrollment, a new seat will become available and the next person on the waiting list will automatically enroll into the LIVE class in the order they joined the waiting list. Students will receive an enrollment confirmation email once this occurs. You can also check your status by logging into your dashboard.

When is IN-PERSON class waiting list available?

Waiting lists are available after the IN-PERSON class is full and there are no seats available. Students who join the waiting list for an IN-PERSON class will automatically get enrolled when a seat becomes available in the order they joined the waiting list.

How can I tell if an IN-PERSON class is closed and a waiting list is available?

Log into your account and click on the “IN-PERSON CLASSES” tab found on the top site navigation. Select the IN-PERSON class and if there are seats available you can enroll in the course by clicking "Enroll", found on the class details page. If there is a waiting list, click "Join Waiting List". You can find your LIVE class status by logging into your dashboard.

How do I cancel my IN-PERSON class enrollment?

Login to your account to change your status found on the “Class Details” page. After you log into your account, you can drop out of the IN-PERSON class by clicking the "cancel enrollment" button found on the class details page next to your current status. Lieb School requires 24-hour advance notice for cancellation. As soon as you cancel, a new spot will automatically open up.

What happens if the waiting list process enrolls me in an IN-PERSON class, but I decide not to attend?

If you are moved from the waiting list into an IN-PERSON class, it is your responsibility to drop the IN-PERSON class (as you would any enrolled class) if you decide not to attend. Failure to cancel your enrollment will result in your inability to get on a waiting list in the future. Emails to Lieb School do not cancel your waiting list or enrollment status. You must login to your account to cancel your class status.

Will I be notified when my waiting list status changes?

Yes. When a seat becomes available, you will receive an email confirming automatic enrollment into the class. You can also check your status by logging into your dashboard.
